Pet Policy

Whitten Creek is a pet-friendly apartment community. We require $15 in monthly pet rent and a $400 pet fee. Half of the fee is refundable upon move out, and the other half is a non-refundable cleaning fee. Pets must also be spayed/neutered and up to date on all vaccinations.
